Brief

Backstory / What is the context of the task, what has happened before?

For this scene i am trying to create a comedy type scene with serious conscience.My idea for the Mini fmp is to have a short scene on the top of a small cliff and someone falls off.the background to my mini fmp will be a man standing near the edge of a cliff and then someone comes along and pushes them off the cliff in a comedic way.The backstory will be that he was just trying to scare him but accidentally pushes him off.i will try to be using the green screen and some matte painting.

Opportunity / What’s the core problem you’re aiming to solve? What opportunity does it suggest?

In this project i will need to solve the issue of making it seem realistic but also having some comedic value.I will also need to solve the issue of learning all the new skills and trying to do everything to the best of my ability.

Scope / What’s in? What’s out?

The overall scope of this mini fmp is a film type scenario this could be like people messing around and someone falling off.i will be using matte painting and a green screen to create a short clip.

Target Audience / Who are they? Where are they? Describe them?
My target audience for this Mini fmp is going to be people off all genders aged between 16-35 i have chosen to target this audience because i am this age so i can understand what they like.People from all over the world can watch this scene.

Constraints / What are the brand, technology, resource, people constraints? 

This project comes with lots of constraints.Such as time for this project we have about two weeks left this means that it will be a rush to get it done.Therefore the quality will be alot worse then before.

Assumptions / What are all our current assumptions? Both in terms of the target market and our abilities?
My assumptions for this projects is that it will make the viewer laugh at the scene or if not laugh at the scene they will get some enjoyment out of this.I am hoping this will give me experience with using a green screen and photoshop

Resources / Who is in the core and extended team? What is needed to achieve success? 

In this scene I will need another actor I think and maybe someone to do the camera but they will be doing very simple jobs.

Success / How will you measure success? Describe the hard metrics of success? 

I will measure success on the grade I revive for my work and the feedback I get from teachers and comments if I upload it to YouTube.I will also look at peoples reaction to my clip and ask for constructive criticism.

Envision / What does success look like? Feel like? What will you be famous for? Where will this project lead?For me this project is a practice project for the final major project.I am hoping this will improve my skills in research and practical skills.
